Just outside the center of Mierlo the campsite is located in a very quiet and rural area on the edge of the forest. This beautiful forest area has many cycling and walking possibilities. All detailed information about the Peel Route, Heideroute, Canal Route, Estate Route and a number of other routes are available at the campsite. Before you come to visit our campsite you can also request information from the tourist agency in Mierlo, Dorpstraat 134, 5731 JL in Mierlo, telephone number 0492 660185. Mierlo is located in the Peel area but borders the Kempen area. The region guides (the peel and the kempen) with tourist information are available at the campsite. The campsite The site is well maintained and surrounded by various landscaping. There is also a vegetable and dishwashing area on the grounds and a cistern for a chemical toilet. The campsite consists of 15 spacious pitches, each with 6 amps (1320 watts) electricity connection and various water pitches. On the playground there is a sandpit, playhouse and a swing for the smaller children.Inside canteen / relaxation area and free sanitary facilities - well-separated, heated sanitary facilities with 4 showers, 4 toilets, 1 urinal and 3 washbasins - washing machine - a spacious canteen with bar where various drinks and small snacks and ice cream is available - large terrace on the campsite side which recreational cyclists can also use

Mierlo is a beautiful commuter village located between two cities of Southeast Brabant, Eindhoven and Helmond. Mierlo and Geldrop were merged into one municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo on 1 January 2004. The village of Mierlo is located on the edge of the Strabrecht heath, a large nature reserve. It is one of the largest nature reserves in our country. The heath is largely owned by the government and is managed by Staatsbosbeheer. The rolling heathland is a fascinating landscape with many faces in all seasons. A number of paths have been laid out for hikers, cyclists and riders that show nature at its best.Furthermore, it is good to relax around the banks of the Eindhoven Canal. There is a cycle path along the entire Canal, where you can experience an oasis of tranquility.At the Gulbergen recreational area, an event area has been created next to the golf course for large-scale events.
