Camping Boarnshiem is located in the middle of Friesland. The campsite has two camping fields, a small field near the farm and a larger field. The camping fields are separated by the former river 'De Boorn'. Both camping fields are surrounded with trees and shrubs. Modern sanitary facilities are available close to the camping fields. Camping for children While camping, your children will be introduced to dairy farming in Friesland in a relaxed manner. There is a spacious playground in the middle of the campsite. You keep an eye on your children while the children have fun on the play equipment or in the sandpit. For the older children there is a volleyball court or a tennis table. There are also some go-karts and a boat to play with on the farm. With your children you can easily reach the Kameliondorp in Terherne from the campsite. You can also go swimming with them in the subtropical wave pool De Welle in Drachten.
